About The Role
Do you like helping people? As a Sales Support Executive you will have the opportunity to learn & perform a variety of roles to help deliver a delightful customer experience.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices.

You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
- Lead identification through research, networking and cold calling and leveraging the use of social media.
- Understanding of Equity, Capital & Financial Markets
- Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
- Invoicing clients for the services, recording payments for invoices, checks, wire transfers.
- Contact customers to obtain payment commitment, or resolve issues preventing payment, and take appropriate action.
- Perform accounts receivable collections activity.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Resolve all customer queries and follow established problem case recording procedures as appropriate.
- Identify opportunities for sales support to streamline entire sales process along with measure activities’ results.
- Execute and manage an organization Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of sales-support and customer service practices.
- Prior customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Well organised and detail oriented, able to track and report on progress on multiple different tracks
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- An ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and processes.
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting skills would be preferred.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
